Holiday Closure Schedule

In observance of Tet, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, our clinic was closed during the following dates:

• Closure period: Thursday, January 23, 2020 through Wednesday, January 29, 2020
• Reopening date: Thursday, January 30, 2020

During the closure period, our clinic was not staffed for appointments or walk-ins.

Tet Nguyen Dan, commonly shortened to Tet, is the most important holiday in Vietnamese culture. It marks the arrival of spring based on the lunisolar calendar and is a time for family reunions, ancestral remembrance, and celebration. Businesses across Vietnam typically close for several days, and major cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City take on a festive atmosphere with flower markets, fireworks, and traditional foods.
