Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a range of restorative and preventive procedures
Perform treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and teeth cleanings
Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care recommendations
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in accordance with clinic standards
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with other dental specialists within the clinic, including orthodontists, implant specialists, and cosmetic dentists
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment

Qualifications

Required

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent dental degree from an accredited institution
Valid dental license or eligibility to practice dentistry in Vietnam
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) sufficient for patient communication and record-keeping
Strong clinical skills across a range of general dental procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional ethics

Preferred

Additional training or experience in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, or implant dentistry
Experience working in an international or multicultural clinical environment
Fluency in additional languages (Vietnamese, French, Korean, Japanese, or others)
Familiarity with digital dentistry tools including intraoral scanners, digital X-ray systems, and CAD/CAM technology
