Serenity International Dental Clinic is looking for enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our patient support team at our clinic in Hanoi, Vietnam. About the Position

As a Customer Support Staff member at Serenity International Dental Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, many of whom are international visitors traveling to Vietnam for dental treatment. You will play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and well-cared-for throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

Patient communication: Respond to patient inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Provide clear, helpful information about our services, pricing, and appointment availability.
Appointment scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, manage the clinic schedule, and ensure efficient patient flow.
Treatment coordination: Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, timelines, and financial details. Coordinate multi-visit treatment schedules for international patients.
Patient reception: Welcome patients upon arrival, assist with registration, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
Follow-up care: Contact patients after treatment to check on their recovery and address any questions or concerns.
Travel assistance: Help international patients with accommodation recommendations, transportation guidance, and general advice for visiting Hanoi.
Administrative support: Maintain patient records, process payments, and assist with general office administration.

Requirements

Essential

Fluent in English (spoken and written). This is critical as the majority of your interactions will be with English-speaking international patients.
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and patient-focused manner.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Computer literacy including proficiency with email, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
Reliability and punctuality.

Preferred

Fluency in additional languages (French, Japanese, Korean, or other languages is a significant advantage)
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or tourism
Knowledge of dental terminology (training will be provided)
University degree in a relevant field
