3. Crown and Veneer Structural Guarantee

Porcelain crowns and veneers fabricated at Serenity International Dental Clinic are covered by a structural integrity guarantee covering fracture, debonding, and major shade deviation. Duration varies by treatment type and is specified in your treatment documentation.

This guarantee does not cover damage attributable to patient behaviour (bruxism without a protective splint, trauma, nail-biting habits). It covers manufacturing and bonding failures — situations where the work itself was the cause.

4. Shade Match Guarantee

If the shade of a crown or veneer does not match the agreed shade reference at delivery, it will be remade at no additional cost before you leave Vietnam. 8. Data and Documentation Guarantee

Your complete treatment records — including pre-treatment diagnostics, treatment notes, implant documentation, laboratory reports, and post-treatment photographs — are maintained by Serenity International Dental Clinic for a minimum of ten years and available to you on request at any time.

This documentation guarantee matters because dental work done today may require follow-up by another dentist in five or ten years. That dentist needs records. We keep them.

9. Satisfaction Review Before Departure

No patient departs without a formal satisfaction review with their treating clinician and patient coordinator. If any element of the treatment outcome does not meet the agreed standard — shade, fit, cosmetic appearance, comfort — it is addressed before departure, not managed remotely after.
